Negotiated Sales - Afternoon
FOB Plant basis negotiated sales for delivery within 0-21 day period, including
sales since last report, U.S.dollars per 100 pounds.
Compared to last market test: Lean boneless was firm to 1.00 higher; 92-94% lean
was weak to 2.00 lower; 85% was unevenly steady; 65% was weak to 2.00 lower;
Other lean percentages were not fully established. Beef trimmings steady on
moderate demand and offerings.
