Compared to last week, Premium and Supreme Alfalfa steady to firm, instances
5.00-10.00 higher. Demand good and supply light with most outside hay gone.
Fair and Good Alfalfa steady to firm. Demand light to moderate and supply
moderate to heavy. Retail and stable hay steady in a limited test. Demand
moderate and supply moderate with most supplies in barns now. Lots of wind
earlier in the week which affected some hay producers as some producers
attempting another cutting of hay and the weather looks like it is going to
cooperate. Milk price on the futures board gained some strength this past week.

Compared to last week, Premium and Supreme Alfalfa steady to firm, instances
5.00-10.00 higher. Demand good and supply light, most outside hay cleaned up
and balance in barns. Fair and Good Alfalfa fully steady. Demand moderate and
supply moderate to heavy. Retail and Stable hay not well tested. Demand light
and supply moderate to heavy as some producers still have 2008 hay in barns.
