NATCHITOCHES — Two Natchitoches men are charged with seven counts of cattle theft after missing cows were noticed at a Red River Parish sale barn, according to the state Agriculture and Forestry Department.
Livestock Brand Commission inspectors worked with the Natchitoches sheriff’s office to arrest Milton Jude Metoyer, 20, and Steven Leslie Jones, 29, according to a news release.
