The World Dairy Expo, the largest strictly dairy-focused show in the world, begins Tuesday at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wis. and is expected to draw over 68,000 people from 84 countries according to the Wisconsin Agriculturist.
The Expo gathers more than 735 companies with displays and booths presenting farm equipment, calf care products and more. One of the strong points of the Expo is the networking opportunity producers have to share insight about the industry with each other.
In addition to the networking opportunities, the Expo offers ten educational seminars helping dairy producers run their operations more efficiently. Seminars range from management practices to using new technology and running a more energy efficient farm.
