Beautiful scenery, wide-open spaces, cows grazing on pasture, news calves bucking and playing — let’s face it, the office view in the cattle business is a pretty one, and we’d like you to share it with us.

Whether it be a new-born calf nursing for the first time, the future generation of agriculture learning from a mentor, or even your trusty cow dog keeping you company in the feed truck, we want to see the cattle business through your lenses.

Through Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, tweet, tag, share and hashtag your photos to Drovers CattleNetwork social media accounts. The “Best of the Bunch,” based on fan favorites and editor picks, will then be published in Cow/Calf Producer.

To submit a photo on Facebook, like Drovers CattleNetwork’s page and share to our wall. If you are on Twitter, follow @DroversCTN and mention us in the tweet. For those of you on Instagram, follow @droverscattlenetwork and tag us in the photo, along with using #Drover.

A photo can be submitted through as many of the social media outlets as you like. Get your friends and followers to help share your posts for a better chance of being featured. We also encourage the use of hashtags to pick up more traffic. A few of our favorites are #ranchlife, #agchat, #responsiblebeef, and #calfwatch15 for calving photos.

Not on social media but have pictures you would like to share? No problem. Email photos to, along with your name, location and a brief explanation of the photo to be submitted on our Twitter and Facebook accounts.
