Brazil is projected to export nearly 82.6 more beef than the United States in 2015.

The United States has never exported more than 1.26 million metric tons.

The United States and Brazil exported nearly the same amount of beef in 2003.   Brazil has exported more than twice as much beef as the United States from 2004 - 2015.   Brazil has exported 21.3 million metric tons of beef from 2004 - 2015 compared to the United States at 10.34 mmt.

The United States was the first to export more than 1 million metric tons of beef in 1999.
