Beef: It’s what’s for lunch

Colorado State University and the Colorado Beef Council recently hosted a beef conference for influencers such as consumer media, food writers, nutritionists and food-business executives. For lunch, they offered samples of beef from several production systems to highlight the choices available to consumers, as described by Colorado Beef Quality Assurance coordinator Travis Hoffman.
