A man from Oronoco, Minn., has been convicted of cattle rustling and theft. He will spend 15 days in jail and serve 10 years of probation.
In April, Adam Joel Tiedeman, 29, was charged with one count of rustling and livestock theft, one count of possession of burglary tools and one count of theft, all of which are felonies. He was also charged with one count of misdemeanor theft, Kay Fate reported for the Post Bulletin.
In August, Tiedeman pleaded guilty to both the rustling and misdemeanor theft charges. Since he pleaded guilty, the other charges were dropped. He was also ordered to complete 120 hours of community work service.
