Our panel of cattle industry experts estimated the price to fall to $162.47. This week, they project another decrease to $162.32.

Choice boxed beef prices are up $0.09 this week. Although it may not seem like much of an increase, the small jump keeps choice boxed beef on a continual increase since mid-June

Choice primal rib is up $5.46 after a closing price of $349.40 last Friday. The year average for choice primal rib is now $330.03.
