The Ohio State University Beef Team has archived the 2013 Ohio Beef School and the 2013 Ohio Beef Feedlot School.
The archives allow producers online access to information on how to increase cattle profits, crossbreeding programs, beef feedlot nutrition and other issues pertinent to success in the beef cattle industry.
Each school features several sessions taught by industry experts from OSU Extension and nationwide. OSU Extension is the statewide outreach arm of Ohio State University's College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences.
The schools were taught and recorded during the winter of 2013 and can be accessed at http://beef.osu.edu/library/, said John Grimes, beef coordinator for OSU Extension and a member of the OSU Extension Beef Team.
The OSU Beef Team library also has information on beef cattle management, nutrition, forages, health, reproduction, genetics, facilities and animal waste management.
