Suspect arrested in Alabama cattle theft

CBS News in Montgomery, Ala. reports a man was arrested Tuesday morning and has confessed to stealing calves from his neighbor in Butler County.

Brian Dungan, 40, admitted to stealing calves two separate times over the past few weeks. Dungan stole five head of cattle valued at $2,500 from Terrill Rigsby, his neighbor. Rigsby is glad to see his cattle return but admits he will make sure to lock pasture gates.

He is charged with two counts of theft of property.
