Caviness Beef Packers, Hereford, Texas, is recalling 23,100 pounds of beef trimmings products due to possible E.coli contamination, the USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service says. The beef could be contaminated with E.coli 0157:H7, Reuters reported.
