Oh, say can you sing? NCBA launches national anthem contest

Microphone The National Cattlemen’s Beef Association is hosting a chance to sing the national anthem at the Opening General Session of the 2014 Cattle Industry Convention and at Cowboy’s Night at the Opry II event.

Any family member of an NCBA, ANCW, or CBB member who is 18 years old or younger can enter until Nov. 1. The top four finalists will be chosen by Nov. 15 and posted to www.beefusa.org, where the public will vote on the winner.

In addition to singing the national anthem at the convention, the winner will also receive roundtrip airfare for two to Nashville, Tenn., one room for three nights at the Gaylord hotel during the convention, free registration for two to the 2014 Cattle Industry convention, and much more.
