La Cense Beef , a leader in the grass-fed beef industry, is excited to announce a collaboration with award-winning Chef Adam Perry Lang to bring consumers a new set of delicious recipes.   In these online videos shot on location at La Cense’s scenic Montana ranch, Chef Perry Lang, a longstanding fan and friend of La Cense Beef, demonstrates easy to follow recipes for 10 different cuts of all natural grass-fed beef. They can be viewed online at the ranch’s Web site

Protégé to world renowned Chef Daniel Boulud, Chef Perry Lang has made a name for himself in both the French cuisine and barbeque arenas. A New York native, Chef Perry Lang fine-tuned his skill at Manhattan’s top-rated French restaurants including Le Cirque, Daniel and Chanterelle before working at three star Michelin-rated restaurants Guy Savoy and Marc Meneau in France. He has since made his mark in American cuisine with his unique approach to barbecue and steakhouse fare. Today, he is co-owner of Daisy May’s BBQ U.S.A., and a partner in Carnevino in Las Vegas. He has frequently appeared on television programs including The Oprah Winfrey Show, Iron Chef America and The Today Show. Perry Lang attended and graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in 1993.

“Chef Perry Lang is one of the most respected chefs in the world and we are delighted to team up with him on this new set of videos,” said La Cense Beef owner William Kriegel. “His recipes are not only delicious, but are easy to follow and the perfect fit whether you’re cooking with your family or for a house full of guests – there’s a little something for everyone.”

La Cense is launching the video series with five videos featuring Chef Perry Lang grilling outside at the ranch. Chef Perry Lang lights up the grill with cuts including barbeque ribeye, monster steaks and steakburgers. Additional videos showcasing Chef Perry Lang cooking indoors will be available in the coming weeks. The videos not only offer useful cooking techniques and recipes, they also introduce consumers to La Cense’s wide selection of cuts of grass fed beef.

“I am a beef fanatic, and I like to have balance in my life. La Cense offers the best choice for grass fed beef because it is leaner, healthier, and has a superb taste,” Chef Perry Lang said. “La Cense is also completely committed to and focused on the process of raising cattle in the most natural and humane way.”
