U.S. retail gasoline prices improved by $0.081 to $3.015 per gallon. The Lower Atlantic region posted the largest increase as prices moved $0.078 to $3.013 per gallon.

Ohio posted the steepest increase out of all the states as sprices moved $0.183 to $3.098 per gallon.
