Negotiated Sales - Afternoon

FOB Plant basis negotiated sales for delivery within 0-21 day period, including
sales since last report, U.S.dollars per 100 pounds.

Compared to last market test: Lean boneless was steady; 85% was mostly 2.00 to 
3.00 lower; 81% was mostly steady; 75% was firm to higher; 65% was unevenly 
steady; Other lean percentages were not fully established. Beef trimmings 
generally steady on light to moderate demand and offerings.
