Negotiated Sales - Afternoon
FOB Plant basis negotiated sales for delivery within 0-21 day period, including
sales since last report, U.S.dollars per 100 pounds.
Compared to last market test: Lean boneless was generally steady; 85% was
sharply lower; 75% was unevenly steady; 65% was mostly 2.00 to 3.00 lower;
Other lean percentages were not fully established. Beef trimmings steady
to weak on light to moderate demand and moderate offerings.
