Negotiated Sales - Afternoon

FOB Plant basis negotiated sales for delivery within 0-21 day period, including
sales since last report, U.S.dollars per 100 pounds.

Compared to the last market test: Lean boneless mostly steady; 85% lean 2.00 to 
3.00 higher; 65% lean steady to 1.00 lower; All other lean percentages not fully
established. Beef trimmings higher on moderate to fairly good demand and moderate 
offerings.
