Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields. Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.
Boxed beef cutout values higher on Choice and steady on Select on moderate
demand and light to moderate offerings. Select rib, round and loin cuts weak
while Choice firm to higher; Select and Choice chuck cuts steady to weak. Beef
trimmings generally steady on light to moderate demand and offerings.
