days and on average industry cutting yields. Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.
Boxed beef cutout values firm on Choice and lower on Select with light to
moderate demand and moderate offerings. Select and Choice rib, chuck and
round steady to weak. Select loins weak while Choice higher. Ground beef
lower. Beef trimmings generally steady on moderate demand and offerings.
