Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields. Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.
Boxed beef cutout values lower to sharply lower on light to moderate demand and
moderate to heavy offerings. Select and Choice rib and loin cuts weak to lower
while chuck and round items lower to sharply lower. Beef trimmings higher on
light to moderate demand and offerings.
