IMPORT BEEF TRADE
Compared to Last Week: Early week market activity on imported beef was
very slow and prices were mostly 1.00 to 3.00 lower on a light market
test. Unsettled world financial markets, currency fluctuations and
weaker domestic lean values continued to pressure the import market.
