IMPORT BEEF TRADE

Compared to Last Week:  Market activity on imported beef was slow and
prices were mostly 2.00 to 3.00 lower. Demand was light for light to
moderate offerings. Weaker than anticipated demand ahead of the
Memorial Day holiday period pressured import prices.
