IMPORT BEEF TRADE

Compared to Last Week:  Market activity on imported beef was very slow
following the Memorial Day holiday weekend. Bull meat prices were mostly
steady to 1.00 higher.  Spot market 90% cow meat was steady to 2.00
lower. Demand was light to moderate on light supply.
