IMPORT BEEF TRADE

Compared to Last Week:  Market activity on imports was moderate to
active. Demand was good with light to moderate offerings. Prices were
mostly sharply higher. A few trim items were mostly 2.00-5.00 higher.
Good food service and retail demand and light supplies of boneless
lean continued to support prices.
