Compared to last Saturday: Feeder steers and heifers steady. Moderate
supply of feeder cattle. Moderate demand for feeder cattle. The feeder
supply included 36 percent that weighed over 600 lbs and 21 percent
heifers.
Slaughter cows 2.00 to 3.00 higher. Slaughter bulls 2.00 to 3.00 higher.
Cow and bull supply moderate with good demand. 113 head of cows total
with 80 percent going to slaughter. 18 head of bulls total with 98
percent going to slaughter.
