Florida Cattle Auctions Weekly Summary
At the Florida Livestock Auctions; Cattle receipts at 9 markets;
Okeechobee, Lakeland, Webster, Ellisville, Arcadia, Ocala, Madison
and Lake City, receipts totaled 6,132 compared to 6,425 last
week, and 5,898 last year. According to the Florida Federal-State
Livestock Market News Service: Compared to one week ago, slaughter
cows unevenly steady, bulls steady to 3.00 higher, feeder steers 6.00 to 8.00 lower,
heifers mostly 2.00 to 4.00 lower, replacement cows poorly tested.
