Feeder Cattle Weighted Average Report for 04/13/2012

   Not enough comparable offerings from two weeks ago for an adequate market 
trend. However a steady to firm undertone was noted. Demand was moderate to 
good for all offerings. Weigh-up was in the sellers favor most of the day. 
Today’s supply included 90 percent feeders with the balance on cows/calf 
pairs. Steers comprised of 46 percent of the run; heifers 54 percent with 78 
percent over 600 lbs. Next special sale will be April 27th
