   Compared to last week:  Steers 4.00-8.00 higher.  Feeder steers 
not well tested.  Heifers sold unevenly steady.   Quality average to 
attractive.  Supply included 19 percent over 600 lbs; 43 percent
heifers.  
   Slaughter cows steady to 2.00 lower.  Slaughter bulls 2.00 higher.
Packer demand moderate to good.  Total of 160 cows and bulls sold with
71 percent going to packers.
