Feeder Cattle Weighted Average Report for 02/14/2013
Receipts: 2133 Last Week: 4848 Year Ago: 4633
Compared to last week feeder steers that weighed 500-750 lbs. sold
1.00 to 4.00 lower. Feeder heifers which weighed 500-700 lbs. sold
3.00 to 7.00 lower. Good demand for all classes of feeder cattle
offered at today's sale. 64 percent of the cattle in today's
offering were steers; 36 percent were heifers. 57 percent of the
cattle offered at today's sale weighed over 600 lbs.
