   When compared to last Thursday`s sale, a heavy supply of slaughter steers 
sold 4.00-5.00 lower with light demand. Slaughter cows sold 2.00-3.00 higher 
with good demand. Slaughter supply consisted of 399 slaughter steers, 76 
slaughter heifers, 442 slaughter cows, 45 slaughter bulls, and 8 feeder 
cattle. All prices per cwt. 

   Slaughter Steers: High Choice and Prime 3-4  1230-1593 lbs 117.00-120.00, 
full/Yg 5 114.50-117.00. Choice 2-3  1155-1573 lbs 113.00-117.00. Select 1-3  
1175-1505 lbs 112.00-115.00.

   Holstein Steers: High Choice and Prime 2-4  1155-1590 lbs 102.00-106.25. 
Choice 2-3  1225-1445 lbs 97.00-102.00. Select 2-3  1270-1388 lbs 92.00-
96.00.

   Slaughter Heifers: High Choice and Prime 2-4  1120-1500 lbs 113.00-

   Slaughter Bulls: Yield Grade 1  1055-1560 lbs 95.50-101.50, low dress 
89.00-92.00, high dress 102.50-106.50.

   Calves: When compared to last week`s sale, a light supply of Holstein 
bull calves sold mostly 15.00-20.00 higher with instances of 25.00 higher. 
Demand was very good. Heifers sold firm with good demand. The PA Department 
of Agriculture graded 238 head for this Thursday's graded sale. One hundred 
percent supply Holstein calves unless otherwise noted. All prices per cwt.

   Graded Bull Calves: Number 1  94-128 lbs 260.00-279.00; 86-92 lbs 220.00-
225.00. Number 2  94-128 lbs 255.00-272.00; 80-92 lbs 241.00-251.00. Number 3  
80-130 lbs 220.00-230.00; 72-78 lbs 100.00. Utility 60-110 lbs 20.00-65.00.

   Holstein Heifer Calves: Number 1  90-110 lbs 220.00-260.00. Number 2  75-
115 lbs 100.00-180.00.
