When compared to last week Monday, slaughter cows sold mostly steady with
very good demand. Bulls traded 1.00-2.00 higher with good demand. Cattle
supply included 211 slaughter steers and heifers, 131 cows, 140 bulls, and 47
feeders. All prices quoted per cwt.

Calves: Compared to last Monday`s sale, Holstein bull calves sold mixed
with calves weighing heavier than 95 lbs trading 10.00 lower and lighter
weight offerings trading 10.00 higher. Demand was moderate on a light supply.
Heifers sold weak in a light test. All prices per cwt.
Holstein Bull Calves: Number 1 95-115 lbs 220.00-240.00; 80-90 lbs
240.00-260.00. Number 2 100-115 lbs 190.00-210.00; 75-95 lbs 210.00-230.00.
Number 3 100-125 lbs 130.00-170.00. Utility 80-125 lbs 90.00-110.00; 60-75
lbs 40.00-60.00.
Holstein Heifers: Number 2 90-105 lbs 200.00-210.00. Jersey/Crossbreds
75-100 lbs 110.00-160.00.
