Compared to last week: Steers 750-900 lbs 5.00-8.00 higher,
however weighing conditions in favor of the buyer, as cattle had
extra days and went through a major snow storm. Steers 750 lbs and
under not enough for market test. Heifers not enough for a market
test, steady undertone noted. Trade light and demand moderate for all
weighted classes of cattle. Feeder supply 88 percent steers and 12 percent
heifers with 98 percent 600 lbs and over.
