Afternoon National Slaughter Cattle Review as of 2:00 pm Thursday
Thus far for Thursday, negotiated cash trade was at a standstill in all feeding
regions. The latest established market was last week with live sales in the Texas
Panhandle from 126.00-128.00. In Kansas live sale sold at 125.00. In the Northern
Plains live sales sold at 125.50 with dressed sales from 199.00-202.00 in Nebraska.
In the Western Cornbelt live sale sold at 125.00 and dressed sales ranged from
198.00-202.00.
