Slaughter Cattle Review - Afternoon

Afternoon National Slaughter Cattle Review as of 2:00 pm Tuesday

Thus far for Tuesday negotiated cash trading in the Southern Plains has been at a

standstill. Last week live sales sold from  143.00-144.00. In Nebraska for Tuesday

trading has been limited on very light demand. A few early live sales sold at 143.00.

Not enough to establish a market trend. Last week live sales sold from 144.00-146.50

and dressed sales from 230.00-234.00. Tuesday in Colorado and the Western Cornbelt

trading has been inactive on very light demand. Not enough sales for a market trend.

Last week in Colorado live sales sold from 144.00-145.00. In the Western Cornbelt 

live sales mostly at 145.00 and dressed sales sold from 230.00-234.00.
