Morning National Slaughter Cattle Review for Tuesday, 5/20/2014



Tuesday saw negotiated cash trading inactive on light demand in all major feeding 

regions. Not enough sales for a market trend. Last week in the Texas Panhandle live 

sales ranged from 144.00-146.00 on a light test. In Kansas live sales sold at 145.00.

For the prior week in Nebraska and the Western Cornbelt live sales sold from mostly 

147.00-147.50 and dressed sales sold mostly at 234.00. In Colorado live sales sold at

147.00 for the previous week.
