Morning National Slaughter Cattle Review for Thursday, 6/26/14

On Thursday negotiated cash trade was mostly inactive on light to moderate demand in 

the Southern Plains and Nebraska. Trade was light on light to moderate demand in 

Colorado and the Western Cornbelt. Not enough sales in any feeding region for and 

adequate market trend. The latest established market in all feeding regions was last 

week with live sales at 150.00 in the Southern Plains and Colorado. Last week in 

Nebraska and the Western Cornbelt, live sales sold from 148.00-150.00. In Nebraska 

dressed sales sold at 238.00 with sales from 235.00-238.00 in the Western Cornbelt.
