Morning National Slaughter Cattle Review for Monday, 7/21/14



On Monday negotiated cash trade was mostly inactive on light demand in all feeding 

regions. The latest established market in the Texas Panhandle was two weeks ago with 

live sales from 155.00-156.00. Last week in Kansas live sales sold from 155.00-

156.00. In Nebraska for the previous week, the bulk of live sales sold at 156.00 with 

dressed sales from 246.00-248.00. In Colorado last week, live sales sold from 156.00-

157.50. In the Western Cornbelt last week, the bulk of live sales sold from 155.00-

156.00 with dressed sales from 246.00-248.00.
