Morning National Slaughter Cattle Review for Wednesday, 7/30/14

On Wednesday negotiated cash trade was mostly inactive on light demand in all feeding 

regions. The last established market reported in the Texas Panhandle was last week 

with a few live sales mostly at 162.00. In Kansas last week, live sales sold from 

162.00-165.00. In Nebraska for the previous week, the bulk of the live sales sold at 

165.00 with the bulk of dressed sales from 255.00-257.00. Last week in Colorado, live 

sales sold from 165.00-166.00. In the Western Cornbelt for the previous week, live 

sales sold mostly from 160.00-162.00 with dressed sales mostly from 254.00-255.00.
