Slaughter Cattle Open, Mid-Session and Close for 06/11/2014  



Receipts:  200



   Compared to last week, slaughter cows sold steady to 2.00 higher with 

slaughter bulls selling fully steady.  Slaughter steers and heifers were not 

tested. 



   Slaughter Cows:

Breaking         70-80    100.00-104.00    106.50-111.00    82.00-90.00 

Boning           80-85    98.50-106.00     107.00-116.00    90.00-96.00       

Lean             85-90    90.00-102.00     103.50-111.00    70.00-82.00       



   Slaughter Bulls:  Yield Grade 1-2  1335-2410 lbs 115.00-121.50, high dressing 

125.50-133.00, low dressing 110.00-112.00.



   Bred Heifers:  Medium and Large 1 pkg 955 lb good quality black fall calvers 

2400.00 per head. 



   Bred Cows:  Medium and Large 1  3-6 year old 1100-1300 lb good quality black 

fall calvers 2350.00-2800.00; pkg similar 7 years to short and solid mouthed 

1230 lbs 1925.00 per head.
