Compared to last week, slaughter steers and heifers traded steady. 
Slaughter Holstein steers sold 4.00 lower. Slaughter cows sold 2.00 
to 10.00 lower. Slaughter bulls traded mostly steady. Trade was 
active and demand good on slaughter steers and heifers and moderate 
on slaughter cows. Slaughter steers and heifers accounted for 63 
percent of the run; slaughter Holstein steers 17 percent; slaughter 
cows 17 percent; and slaughter bulls 3 percent.
