FOB Plant basis negotiated sales for delivery within 0-21 day period, including
sales since last report, U.S.dollars per 100 pounds.
Compared to last market test: Lean boneless was was steady to firm; 85% was
unevenly steady; 81% was mostly 3.00 higher; 75% was mostly 1.00 lower; 65%
was unevenly steady; Other lean percentages were not fully established. Beef
trimmings generally steady on light demand and offerings.
