Negotiated Sales - Afternoon

FOB Plant basis negotiated sales for delivery within 0-21 day period, including
sales since last report, U.S.dollars per 100 pounds.

Compared to the last market test: Lean boneless was steady to weak; 85% was 
unevenly steady; 81% was steady to weak; 75% was 2.00 to 3.00 lower; 65% was 
unevenly steady; Other lean percentages were not fully established. Beef 
trimmings higher on moderate demand and light to moderate offerings.
