Negotiated Sales - Afternoon
FOB Plant basis negotiated sales for delivery within 0-21 day period, including
sales since last report, U.S.dollars per 100 pounds.
Compared to last market test: Lean boneless was mostly 2.00 to 3.00 higher;
85% was mostly firm to 2.00 higher; 75% was lower; 65% was firm to higher;
Other lean percentages were not fully established. Beef trimmings mostly
steady on light to moderate demand and offerings.
