Afternoon National Slaughter Cattle Review as of 2:00 pm Tuesday
Thus far on Tuesday, negotiated cash trade in Texas and Nebraska was light on
light demand. In Texas early live sales sold at 128.00. In Nebraska, early
dressed sales sold at 205.00. Trading in Kansas, Colorado, and the Western
Cornbelt was mostly inactive. Not enough sales for an adequate market trend.
The last established market was last week. In the Southern Plains, live sales
sold at 128.00. In Nebraska, live sales sold from 128.00 to 128.50. Dressed
sales sold at 205.00. Last week in Colorado, live sales sold from 128.00 to
130.00. In the Western Cornbelt, live sales sold from 127.00 to 129.00.
Dressed sales sold at 205.00.
