Morning National Slaughter Cattle Review for Thursday, 7/18/13

On Thursday negotiated cash trade was inactive on light demand in the Southern 
Plains. On Friday morning in the Sothern Plains, trading is limited on light demand. 
Compared to last week, live sales are trading steady at 119.00. In the Northern 
Plains on Thursday trade was inactive on light demand with light trade and demand in 
the Western Cornblet. Not enough sales to establish an adequate market trend. Last 
week in the Northern Plains, live sales sold from 120.00-120.50 with dressed sales in 
Nebraska at 193.00. In the Western Cornbelt last week, live sales sold from 120.00-
121.00 and dressed sales from 191.00-193.00.
