Canada cattle report: Stronger prices than last month
Annual and historic high fed prices were established last week. Strong prices over the past month have helped to push fed supplies forward and generally speaking feedlot inventories are very current. The Canfax average steer and heifer price closed the week at $122.50/cwt and $120.50/cwt respectively, up $0.50-0.75 from the previous week.
