Compared to last week, slaughter steers and heifers sold 5.00 
lower. Slaughter Holstein steers sold 2.00 lower. Slaughter cows 
traded steady in a light test as did bulls. Trade was active with 
moderate demand. Slaughter steers and heifers accounted for 82 
percent of the run; Holstein slaughter steers 7 percent; slaughter 
cows 9 percent; and slaughter bulls 2 percent.
