Feeder Cattle Weighted Average Report for 02/15/2013
Receipts: 2192 Last Week: 4224 Year Ago: 4735
Compared to last week steers traded unevenly steady to 2.00 higher and
heifers traded steady to 2.00 higher on a smaller list of consignments.
Demand was active from beginning to end from the crowd of buyers on the
seats today. Supply included 58 percent steers and 41 percent heifers
with the balance on bulls, 83 percent of the run weighed over 600lbs.
Next feeder sale on February 22nd starting at 12:00 noon.
