Compared with last week: Steer and heifer calves 500-650 lbs 3.00-5.00
higher, while yearlings over 650 lbs unevenly steady. Not enough calves under
500 lbs last week to adequately compare with, however a much higher undertone is
noted. Feeder supply 47 percent steers and 53 percent heifers with 79 percent
over 600 lbs.
